Guide TE425S Thermal Monocular

The Guide TE425S Thermal Monocular combines high-sensitivity thermal imaging with a compact handheld design, making it a capable option for hunting, wildlife observation, property monitoring and outdoor use.

At its core is a 400×300 12μm thermal sensor with 15mK NETD thermal sensitivity, paired with a 25mm objective lens and detection range of up to 1300 metres. This combination provides detailed thermal imaging and reliable detection across a wide range of field conditions.

Guide's ApexVision S1 image processing system further enhances image clarity, detail and overall viewing performance. An 800×600 AMOLED display, 50Hz refresh rate and multiple thermal colour palettes provide a smooth and adaptable viewing experience.

The TE425S also features onboard video recording, audio recording, Wi-Fi hotspot connectivity, IP67 protection and convenient USB-C charging.

ApexVision S1 Image Processing

The TE425S features Guide's ApexVision S1 image processing architecture, designed to enhance thermal image quality and deliver greater clarity and detail.

Advanced image processing helps produce smooth, detailed thermal imagery while improving target definition and visibility at distance, giving users a clearer picture of their surroundings across changing field conditions.

400×300 12μm Thermal Sensor

At the heart of the Guide TE425S is a 400×300 resolution thermal detector with a 12μm pixel pitch.

Combined with 15mK NETD thermal sensitivity, the sensor is capable of detecting subtle temperature differences within a scene, helping produce detailed thermal images when environmental conditions make target identification more challenging.

The TE425S operates at a 50Hz frame rate, providing smooth imagery while scanning or following moving subjects.

25mm Lens & 1300m Detection Range

The 25mm objective lens provides a practical balance between field of view and longer-distance observation.

With a stated detection range of up to 1300 metres, the TE425S is well suited to scanning open terrain, locating heat signatures and observing areas at distance.

Its 1.9× base magnification provides a useful field of view for scanning, with magnification extending up to 7.6× when a closer look is required.

Simple One-Button Control

The TE Series uses a streamlined one-button and control-ring interface, designed to make commonly used functions and menu settings quick to access.

The simplified control system reduces unnecessary buttons and helps keep operation intuitive when using the monocular in the field.

Compact Handheld Design

Designed as a portable thermal observation device, the TE425S measures approximately 157 × 51 × 47mm, allowing it to be easily carried and quickly accessed when needed.

Its compact form factor makes it particularly suited to users wanting capable thermal performance without carrying a larger handheld unit.

800×600 AMOLED Display

A 0.32-inch 800×600 AMOLED display provides a clear, detailed view of the thermal image.

The TE425S also offers multiple thermal palettes, including White Hot, Black Hot, Red Hot, Green Hot, Iron Red, Blue Hot and Sepia, allowing the viewing experience to be adjusted for different environments and personal preferences.

A -5 to +5 diopter adjustment allows the eyepiece to be fine-tuned to suit the individual user.

Video & Audio Recording

The Guide TE425S supports video and audio recording, allowing observations and moments in the field to be captured directly through the monocular.

Built-in hotspot functionality also provides wireless connectivity for compatible functions and devices.

USB-C Fast Charging

The TE425S features a built-in rechargeable battery and convenient USB-C to USB-C charging.

Fast-charging support means a short charge can provide additional operating time when required, making it easier to top up the monocular between outings or while travelling.

IP67 Weather Protection

With an IP67 protection rating, the TE425S is designed to withstand demanding outdoor environments.

Its operating temperature range of -20°C to 50°C makes it suitable for use across a broad range of weather and field conditions.
