The Guide TU1260MS Multispectral Thermal Scope combines ultra-high-resolution thermal imaging, digital day and night viewing, integrated laser rangefinding and advanced image processing in one rugged spectral optic.

At its core is an impressive 1280×1024 12μm thermal sensor with 15mK NETD thermal sensitivity, paired with a large-aperture 60mm F0.9 thermal lens. This combination provides exceptional thermal detail and a detection range of up to 3200 metres, while Guide's ApexVision S1 architecture and Hyper-Light processing enhance image clarity, contrast and definition.

Alongside its thermal system, the TU1260MS incorporates a 1920×1080 digital imaging sensor with dedicated Day, Night and Low-Light modes, allowing the optic to adapt to changing lighting and environmental conditions.

ApexVision S1 System Architecture

The TU1260MS is powered by Guide's ApexVision S1 image processing architecture, developed to enhance the performance of the complete thermal imaging system.

Working alongside the high-resolution detector, ApexVision enhances image definition, contrast and fine thermal detail while helping reduce unwanted image noise.

Combined with Guide's Hyper-Light processing, the system is designed to retain greater environmental and subject detail across demanding viewing conditions.

Ultra-High-Resolution 1280×1024 Thermal Sensor

The standout feature of the Guide TU1260MS is its 1280×1024 thermal detector with a 12μm pixel pitch.

With more than 1.3 million thermal pixels, the sensor provides exceptional image detail and resolution, allowing finer features within thermal scenes to remain visible compared with lower-resolution thermal detectors.

Its 15mK NETD sensitivity enables the detector to distinguish subtle temperature differences, helping retain definition in challenging weather and low thermal-contrast environments.

Full HD Digital Imaging

The TU1260MS also incorporates a 1920×1080 digital sensor paired with a 35mm F4.0 lens.

The digital channel provides 5.1×–81.6× magnification and a stated detection range of up to 330 metres.

Users can select between Day, Night and Low-Light viewing modes, allowing the digital system to adapt to available ambient light and viewing conditions.

An included IR illuminator and 30mm bracket provide additional illumination for supported night-time digital viewing.

Integrated 1500m Laser Rangefinder

The Guide TU1260MS incorporates an integrated laser rangefinder capable of measuring distances out to 1500 metres.

Its extended 1500m ranging capability complements the TU1260MS's long-range thermal imaging system.

Hyper-Light Image Processing

Guide's Hyper-Light algorithm works alongside the thermal detector and ApexVision S1 architecture to improve image clarity, contrast and definition.

Both imaging systems are presented through a large 1.03-inch AMOLED display with 2560×2560 resolution.

Thermal palettes include White Hot, Black Hot, Red Hot, Green Hot, Iron Red, Blue Hot and Sepia, while the visible channel provides Day, Night and Low-Light modes.

Extended Battery System

The TU1260MS uses two built-in 18650 batteries together with one replaceable external 18650 battery.
